Boa tarde Caros AMIGOS, este é o BLOG que vai nos levar numa viagem pelos sabores intensos da bacia mediterrânea, com especial destaque em Portugal.

O nome "Lusitânia Sapores" é o latim do nome Lusitânia Sabores, fazendo uma referência às nossas raízes latinas.


Vou trazer dicas, experiências, receitas e muito mais da cozinha deste pequeno "recanto" do Mundo. Também vou adicionar a minha experiencia profissional com reflexões para que possamos todos gerir melhor a área de alimentação e bebidas (F&B) da "nossa" vida.
